Frequently Asked Questions

Nope! A fold-out card and envelope weigh less than 1 ounce, so they can be shipped with a regular stamp within the U.S.

You can add names or a line of text to fold-out cards. On wedding party cards, the last “Will you be my…?” line can be changed to whatever you’d like. These changes can be requested in the notes section at checkout. Requests for changes to the text that creates the fold-out message need to be made prior to purchase.

Yes. Use the recipient’s name and address in the shipping portion of the order. In the notes section at checkout, let us know it’s shipping directly, how you’d like it signed (your first name, “Love, your name”, etc.) and any special message.

We occasionally take on custom card projects, depending on our availability. Design fees for custom fold-out cards start at $100 (not including cost of card/s). Contact us for further details and pricing.

Yes! See more information by selecting "WHOLESALE" in the footer menu.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. If we sent out the wrong item or if it was damaged in the mail, we will work to get your order completed right away.

If you ordered stock items and need to return your purchase for any reason, contact us as soon as you realize you don’t want them (within 14 days of delivery). We’ll send instructions on how to return your items. As long as they are unused, in new condition, and in full sets, we’ll refund your money for the product-portion of your order. Return shipping is your responsibility. A restocking fee will be charged for orders that shipped for free originally.

Custom orders are usually not refundable, but check with us just in case.

The tracking system can be handy, but unfortunately also very inconsistent. Some places and postal workers don't scan items, so we may not see many entries on your package. If you haven't gotten your domestic order within two weeks, let us know.

For international orders, the last entry we see, outside of being scanned “delivered,” is often when it leaves the U.S. or arrives into Customs. Although the tracking system is somewhat unreliable, packages are very rarely lost, in my experience. If your order hasn’t arrived within 6 weeks, let us know. We may know of a Customs backup in your country or whether other orders are delayed as well.
